| | inside made me up a huge sandwich

| a wonderful breakfast of buttermilk

| | accompanied by a frosted mug of their own

| pancakes (the real thing, my brother is a

| | brand of beer, a strong, but light ale

| great cook), I borrowed his bicycle,

| | with a definite hops flavor.

| mystery, a cherry yogurt, my notebook, a

| | photos from Motophoto, I retraced my

| book of poems I wrote and my camera.

| | steps and dropped off the extras to the

| Three miles south led me to the charming

| | owners. Of course I refused any payment,
|

| bread caught my nose and I bicycled

| | train. Some other highlights included a

| | session with a piano teacher who politely

| arcade of stores contained a bakery which

| | listened to my songs, offering some
|
| served coffee and Danish on a covered

| | expert advice, and a visit to an artist's

| patio. This spot became a favorite of
| |
| | shop. The artist, who was in his
|
| mine in the next two weeks, enjoying a
| |
| | nineties, rented a small ramshackle
|
| second breakfast and talking with the
| |
| | bungalow on the main street on the
|
| regulars. A few were even poets! One of
| |
| | outskirts of town filling the front room
|
| the regulars mentioned that he didn't
| |
| | and porch with his paintings. They were
|
| have any hobbies but he liked to collect
| |
| | priced reasonably, and seemed to be worth
|
| poker chips. A few days later I came
| |
| | every penny. One I liked was a painting
|
| across an antique store. The proprietor
| |
| | of a red chicken I swear looked casually
|
| said that on of the antique boxes he had
| |
| | annoyed. He claimed that one of his
|
| for sale contained some old poker chips.

| | hung in the White House. I noticed that

| | ingredients and left them on his porch.

| items. The owner painted beautiful

| | I counted this as my good deed for the
|
| pictures of exotic fish, framed and
| |
| | day. Much too soon I was home again,
|
| matted them for sale. Among her
| |
| | sporting a California tan, a bunch of
|
| creations was a mobile of various reef
| |
| | photo memories, and lots of story ideas.
